Arms Around Family Caregivers is a national outreach program sponsored by SYNERGY HomeCare. We are dedicated to supporting family caregivers through our ongoing education courses, our year-round emails, our supportive community and our efforts to give back.
Family caregiving is a gift. When you care for your loved one, you get to spend quality time with them and know that you are improving their life. Being a family caregiver can be one of the most fulfilling experiences. It can also become difficult, especially when your loved one needs help over an extended period of time, or is in need of care of many hours a day.
While you want the best for your loved one, you can easily feel that circumstances are outside your control or that no matter what you do, your loved one will not feel better. Feeling that there is no light at the end of the tunnel is a good indicator that you need respite.
Arms Around Family Caregivers is here for you to share the best parts of your experience as a family caregiver. It is also here to lift you up as you face the challenges family caregiving can bring.
